first post.
this is the moment where i begin my journey. my goal is to lose inches like crazy. i don’t have a set date, but i want as quick as possible. i will do some form of exercise every day. i will limit my caloric intake every day. i am doing this to an extreme, but while still eating something. i’ve decided that i will consume no more than 1,500 calories a day. i will be trying to have a variety of food (protein, carbs, fat). i’m getting my caloric counts from the nutritional facts on the packaging, or thecaloriecounter.com website.
here is where i post my thinspo and progress. pictures, people, and stories to keep me motivated to do this; and a personal progress blog. i don’t have time to make them separate. i have decided to keep almost everyone i know in the dark about this - for obvious reasons.
i am currently slightly under 150 pounds with a BMI of 26.6 [i think 30 is considered obese]. A healthy weight would be about 124 pounds [BMI 22]. But when I weighed 125 pounds in high school, i was still uncomfortable with my body and wanted to lose 20 pounds. so my goal is to lose 50 pounds, but i will be content with 30.
i tried p90, and it’s getting me no where. i lost 3 pounds in three weeks. i need more.
i tried the ABC diet a couple months back and i lost 15 pounds in about two weeks. i had to stop that diet due to personal issues, but i loved the results.
